Data-Based Decisions (Continuous Improvement)

Based on our collected data, we have reached the following conclusions in order to contribute to continuous improvement:

• As a relatively new department, we will be implementing our new agribusiness curriculum in Fall 2009. We will use course evaluations, exit interviews, and faculty discussions (as outlined in the Assessment Plan) to refine the curriculum as we gain more experience with it.
• New recruiting materials for APEC graduate programs are in the process of being developed. We will evaluate the success of these materials by looking at the number of applicants and their test scores. Following the Assessment Plan, we will also evaluate the research and employment successes of those who complete a graduate degree.
